ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cronus Pharma Specialities India Pvt. Ltd. is conducting a Walk-In Drive on August 13, 2026, for Apprentice – Production (Injectables & OSD) positions at its Hyderabad-area facility. This opportunity is specifically tailored for recent pass-outs looking to begin their career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor autoclaves used for sterilization, tracking cycle parameters and maintaining documentation.
Operate vial washing equipment according to established SOPs and perform line clearance.
Monitor depyrogenation tunnels and temperature mapping.
Operate filling and sealing machines, perform in-process quality checks, and minimize line losses.
Operate compounding/manufacturing vessels and holding tanks, assisting in weighing, mixing, and batch documentation.
Maintain CIP/SIP standards and area cleanliness in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Diploma, B.Sc. in Science, or ITI.
Pass-Out Years: 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs only.
Candidates should NOT be currently enrolled in EPFO & ESI.
Candidates must be willing to work in three rotational shifts.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
₹2.1L - 2.1L per annum
Apprentices receive a fixed stipend of ₹17,500 per month (₹2.10 LPA annualized) along with benefits including free transportation, free food, and alternate Saturdays off.
