ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across Pfizer Country Offices (PCOs) to ensure full compliance with internal standards and health authority expectations.
Lead deviation investigations, root cause analyses, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) across cross-functional teams.
Perform local product release under the distribution license, coordinate product repackaging/relabeling activities, and manage quarantine alerts and market actions.
Support health authority inspections, internal GxP audits, self-inspections, supplier quality management, and quality risk management programs.
