ROLE OVERVIEW
Senior scientific writing role focused on Health Economics and Value Assessment communications. The position develops high-quality HEVA evidence communications and supports global access, reimbursement and scientific communication strategies across Sanofi.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Create HEVA communication deliverables including manuscripts, posters, abstracts and slide decks
- •Manage HEVA communication processes, templates, Core Value Dossiers, US AMCP Dossiers and Core Value Decks
- •Maintain compliance with publication SOPs and relevant scientific communication requirements
- •Develop and maintain therapeutic-area expertise and provide expert medical/scientific communication support
- •Conduct or support publication-needs analysis and implement publication plans
- •Manage end-to-end publication workflows through iEnvision and coordinate selected regional vendors
- •Collaborate with global and local HEVA, RWE and scientific communication stakeholders
- •Coach junior HEVA writers and review their content
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to the Head/Group Lead/Team Lead, HEVA; collaborates with HEVA, RWE and Scientific Communication global/local teams and supports junior writers

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- More than 4 years of experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy or similar discipline, or medical degree
- Relevant training or experience in health economics, public health, epidemiology or another relevant health-related scientific discipline
- Knowledge of Good Publication Practice and publication submission processes
- Strong written and spoken English
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
