ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead clinical sciences operations within Regeneron's Hyderabad GCC by managing Clinical Data Reviewers and Medical Narrative Reviewers. Drive resource planning, quality governance, reviewer development, and operational excellence across the clinical development portfolio.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Lead day-to-day functional management of Clinical Data Reviewers and Medical Narrative Reviewers
  • •Translate study assignments into resource prioritization plans and monitor delivery against operational objectives
  • •Perform clinical data review, query management, and medical narrative review when required
  • •Establish and report KPIs while ensuring SOP, restricted-data handling, and quality compliance
  • •Lead onboarding, training, systems access support, and reviewer readiness assessments
  • •Drive capacity forecasting and workforce planning with Clinical Scientist and Clinical Program Leads
  • •Maintain governance and operational continuity through transitions, turnover, protocol changes, and study closeouts
  • •Represent Clinical Sciences within the GCC and support quality, efficiency, knowledge management, and process-improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical research, drug development, pharmaceutical operations, or related healthcare environments
  • Hands-on clinical data review and/or medical narrative review experience
  • Practitioner-level knowledge of EDC systems, clinical data review tools, query management, and narrative review
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing clinical or medical professionals in matrixed environments
  • Strong operational leadership, quality governance, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced medical/scientific qualification
