ROLE OVERVIEW
Supports laboratory sample accessioning, data registration, batch processing and workload coordination at Labcorp's Yeshwantpur facility in Bengaluru. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely processing, documentation, SOP compliance and teamwork.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Perform first and second entry of patient demographics and administrative information from requisitions
- •Complete batches according to urgency and defined turnaround times
- •Perform accessioning and data entry under trainer supervision and progress to independent processing after training
- •Check and clean CPP and AD Pending reports
- •Create batches using ImageNow and export information to Excel
- •Distribute batches across the team and manage workload allocation
- •Verify incoming volumes against created batches and perform volume analysis
- •Follow up with stakeholders and maintain audit trails, training records and documentation
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to the relevant laboratory/sample-handling operations team; Works within a trained team environment and coordinates workload and stakeholder follow-ups

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Science
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to follow departmental and interdepartmental SOPs and company policies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •1 year of work experience in the clinical research industry
- •Master's Degree in Science
- •Experience with laboratory accessioning or healthcare data entry
