ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the global clinical delivery of large, multi-regional clinical trials in compliance with regulatory requirements, customer contracts, and SOPs.
Develop patient recruitment strategies, drive target achievement, and manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee clinical trial finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) tracking, and manage quality standards and mitigation plans.
Manage cross-functional clinical project teams, overseeing resource allocation, talent planning, and stakeholder communication.
