ROLE OVERVIEW

Sanofi is hiring a Statistical Programmer in Hyderabad to support Medical Affairs biostatistics within Sanofi Business Operations. The role centres on building QC'd statistical outputs — tables, figures and listings — for publications and ad-hoc analyses, using SAS and CDISC standards.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Implement statistical analysis plans together with Medical Affairs biostatisticians and/or programmers and Sanofi Business Operations biostatistics and programming colleagues.
  • •Prepare QC'd data packages with tables, figures and listings for abstracts, posters, oral presentations, manuscripts and ad-hoc data requests.
  • •Design, develop, test, implement and document statistical programming in high-level software such as SAS.
  • •Develop, implement and document non-routine macros and advanced programming techniques.
  • •Run appropriate post-hoc statistical analyses of clinical trial and/or registry data.
  • •Adhere to QC plans, timelines and SOPs set by senior biostatistics and programming team members.
  • •Engage Global Medical Affairs biostatisticians and/or programmers to identify analysis needs and contribute to assigned deliverables.
  • •Keep current on advanced programming methods and sustain working relationships with medical stakeholders and local team members.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or B.Sc. with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent English language knowledge, both written and spoken.
