ROLE OVERVIEW
Advanced Quality individual contributor role focused on Quality training, capability building, coaching, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Excellence across BD's Greater Asia organization. The position combines regulated Quality expertise with facilitation, investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement capabilities.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended Quality training aligned with enterprise strategy
- •Coach associates, leaders, and SMEs on Quality processes, standards, investigations, RCA, problem solving, and compliant execution
- •Develop and evaluate training effectiveness strategies to verify learning transfer and sustained performance
- •Reinforce investigation standards, escalation expectations, documentation quality, risk-based decision-making, and inspection readiness
- •Partner with Quality leaders, process owners, Central Quality, and Learning & Development to create scalable training solutions
- •Maintain training governance, documentation, records, and audit/inspection readiness
- •Identify capability gaps and performance risks using data, stakeholder feedback, and observation and continuously improve training resources
- •Facilitate Kaizen and structured problem-solving activities and support CAPA effectiveness and follow-up actions
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Associate Director, BD Excellence Quality and GPO NC, RCA & PD • Advanced individual contributor role • Collaborates with site Quality leaders, process owners, SMEs, Central Quality, Learning & Development, and cross-functional stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Education, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a regulated life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, biologics, or similar environment
- Experience delivering Quality or technical training in regulated settings through instructor-led, virtual, or blended formats
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations such as FDA and ICH
- Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with problem solving, continuous improvement, and Kaizen
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •MBA or equivalent business experience
- •Experience supporting audits, inspections, remediation, or response readiness
- •Experience developing training effectiveness measures using observations, feedback, metrics, or verification methods
- •Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional matrix organizations
