ROLE OVERVIEW
Quality Assurance opportunity at Sun Pharma's Halol plant focused on in-process quality assurance, batch documentation, validation, manufacturing oversight and cGMP compliance for oral solid dosage (OSD) operations.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Perform IPQA shop-floor activities
- •Verify line clearance before manufacturing activities
- •Review BMR and BPR documentation
- •Conduct AQL sampling activities
- •Perform audit-trail review
- •Support process validation, cleaning validation and swab sampling
- •Ensure compliance with cGMP and pharmaceutical quality systems
- •Review batch documentation and monitor manufacturing operations
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports within the Quality Assurance function at the Halol manufacturing plant; collaborates with manufacturing and other quality functions

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- M.Sc., B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- 3–5 years of relevant pharmaceutical Quality Assurance experience
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems
- Understanding of cGMP guidelines
- Good documentation practices
- Experience with validation activities
- Strong communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
