ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

Review complaints related to ExM received for various suppliers.
Assess the adequacy of investigations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely complaint closure.
Ensure appropriate investigation tools are used according to applicable requirements.
Review the adequacy of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) associated with complaints.
Process and manage complaints using Veeva and TrackWise systems.

Trending & Market Actions

Conduct periodic trending of market complaints.
Evaluate observed complaint trends and recommend or provide appropriate follow-up actions.
Maintain knowledge of Field Alert Reports (FAR) and market actions.
Support FAR and market actions triggered through product complaints.
Perform other quality-related responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Technical & Regulatory Expertise

Apply knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Management Systems, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and market complaint handling.
Apply applicable compliance standards and regulations for relevant markets.
Use Veeva and TrackWise complaint-management systems in day-to-day quality operations.

Qualifications & Experience

M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Science required.
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Relevant pharmaceutical quality and market-complaint handling experience required.
Must be flexible to work day shifts, including general shifts and 12 PM–8 PM.
