ROLE OVERVIEW

Planning Specialist responsible for end-to-end production planning and coordination of New Product Introduction and Development projects at the Jigani site, including ERP master data governance, resource planning, capacity coordination, and structured handovers to routine planning teams.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Own end-to-end planning and coordination of NPDI and strategic business initiatives
  • •plan resources and coordinate new product project setup
  • •manage ERP master data for new products including BOMs, routings and planning parameters
  • •coordinate Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and R&D stakeholders
  • •lead cross-functional meetings to resolve material availability, capacity and quality-release bottlenecks
  • •identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • •coordinate structured handovers to routine planning teams
  • •maintain data integrity and operational readiness throughout project lifecycles.
Reporting Hierarchy: Acts as a dedicated planning focal point for NPDI and strategic business initiatives at the Jigani site, coordinating with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Research and Development, and routine planning teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of supply chain planning, production planning or project management experience in manufacturing
  • hands-on NPDI experience
  • practical Master Data Management experience in ERP systems
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • fluent written and spoken English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •SAP ERP experience
  • •multinational manufacturing environment experience
  • •stronger project management exposure
  • •experience with complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
