ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Requirements & Solutioning: Assist in documenting functional requirements and support translating business needs into technical system solutions by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
System Operations & Integration: Support the configuration, routine maintenance, and integration of enterprise systems across clinical, finance, procurement, and other applications.
Data Management & Testing: Assist with data migration activities including data validation and quality checks. Develop test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system deployments.
Reporting & Documentation: Generate basic reports and dashboards to deliver operational insights. Maintain system documentation including user guides and SOP-aligned materials.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot routine system issues, escalate complex problems, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Technical & Domain Standards
Systems & Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with enterprise systems or cloud environments such as Azure, Windows Servers, and IIS.
Data Querying & Analytics: Application of basic SQL/PL-SQL data querying concepts and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Regulated Domain Awareness: Alignment with life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or drug development lifecycle compliance standards.
Leadership & Impact
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams to ensure clarity of operational requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and support quality enhancements across product operations processes.
