ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support clinical trial patient travel and reimbursement services.
Monitor shared mailboxes and route operational requests to team members.
Maintain tracking databases, SharePoint records, and study documentation in accordance with SOPs.
Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, and vendor documentation.
Assist with financial tracking, invoice processing, and status reporting.
