ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
01Health is hiring talented dental healthcare professionals to join its growing Clinical Operations team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for qualified dentists or experienced dental professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional support experience to dentists and orthodontists.
Respond to clinical and operational queries promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve case-related issues.
Identify workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
Support clinical operations as the company scales.
Act as the voice of dentists across internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Contribute ideas to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Help create scalable operational processes.
Maintain high-quality communication with healthcare professionals.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualified Dentist or Experienced Dental Healthcare Professional (BDS or equivalent).
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced startup environments.
Willingness to work US West Coast working hours.
