ROLE OVERVIEW

Perform specialized nuclear medicine procedures and ensure patient safety at Fortis Memorial Research Institute in Gurgaon.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as prescribed by physicians
  • •Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment (PET/CT, SPECT) with precision
  • •Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards, ALARA principles, and regulatory compliance
  • •Maintain accurate patient records, scan logs, and equipment calibration logs
  • •Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure high diagnostic quality
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Chief Technologist, Radiology • Team size: 4-6 technicians

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduation in relevant science or medical technology discipline
  • Certification or degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
