ROLE OVERVIEW
Support compliant and efficient execution of MODA Environmental Monitoring activities, maintaining master data accuracy, validation documentation, data integrity and audit readiness.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Perform end-to-end SOP-driven MODA master data creation, verification, approval and transfer
- •Review site master data requests against global standards
- •Prepare data extracts and transactional data for KPI reporting and periodic reviews
- •Execute validation test scripts and document results for system changes and upgrades
- •Support periodic MODA EM data and process reviews for compliance and accuracy
- •Upload approved validation and compliance documents under change-management SOPs
- •Collaborate with GLO, LLO and IT teams on configuration, validation and regression testing
- •Escalate unclear instructions and system issues for resolution
Reporting Hierarchy: Works as an offshore execution specialist collaborating with Global LIMS Office, local representatives and IT teams; Escalates operational issues to GLO/LLO and supports global system standards

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of laboratory operations in regulated QC environments
- Knowledge of Environmental Monitoring use cases
- Familiarity with GMP, data integrity and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage master data accurately and consistently
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluent English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Hands-on MODA EM or other Environmental Monitoring digital laboratory system experience
- •LabVantage LIMS experience
- •CSV experience for test-script creation and execution
- •Training-document development
- •TrackWise or KNEAT experience
- •User training and Q&A experience
