ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead all aspects of corporate legal operations, contract drafting, litigation management, and stakeholder advisory.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations.
- •Attend the meetings and manage the correspondences with clients and external persons.
- •Supervising and training junior and senior lawyer in the team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
- 8 to 14 Years of experience in corporate legal
- Experience in litigation and contract management
- Strong knowledge of Civil, Criminal, and Property Law
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
