ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Overview

Labcorp is seeking a Lead Clinical Project Coordinator to join the Study Maintenance and Clinical Operations team at Brigade Twin Towers in Bangalore, Karnataka. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day clinical study coordination tasks, drive operational quality and compliance, act as a primary process point-of-contact (POC), and support team performance across global clinical trials.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Task Oversight: Manage daily study tasks, coordinate workload allocation with team dealers, and ensure all deliverables are completed within established project timelines.
Quality Control & Issue Resolution: Perform quality checks on completed work, respond to Quality Control (QC) review queries within 1 business day, and lead timely issue escalations and root-cause resolutions.
Documentation & Compliance: Oversee project and technical documentation maintenance, ensure daily task tracker accuracy, and collaborate with Quality Assurance Directors (QADs) to keep team training files up-to-date.
Team Governance & Metrics: Track and report performance metrics to management, ensure 100% weekly compliance for team timesheets and mandatory training, and serve as a process POC alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Continuous Improvement: Identify operational enhancement opportunities, assist in standardizing workflow procedures, and mentor coordinators in study maintenance best practices.

Work Schedule & Environment

Full-time on-site role at Brigade Twin Towers, Bangalore.
Operating in a 5-day working mode with rotating shift schedules.
