Commercial Assistant

Location: Wexford, Ireland

Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Commercial Assistant to support the Brandshapers team within our Category and Customer function. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is ready to take a step into a role that blends commercial analysis, customer relationships and operational support.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy problem solving, have strong attention to detail and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will support customers, clients and internal teams to ensure our promotional activity, category processes and commercial operations run smoothly.

Customer and Client Support • Create and submit customer new line forms and promotional proposals

Field Sales Operations • Support the Sales Operations and Planning Manager with performance reporting and monthly field team briefings

General Business Support • Generate analytical reports for business managers to support data driven decision making

Skills and Experience Required Skills • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse sales performance data and produce clear, accurate reports

Career Experience and Qualifications • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment is essential
