We work closely with healthcare institutions and professionals to advance cardiovascular care through education, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices. Our goal is to enable sustainable improvements in patient outcomes while supporting the long-term efficiency of healthcare systems.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals across all levels of the healthcare system to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.

Deliver training and education programs to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

Support hospitals and care teams in optimizing patient pathways and coordination of care.

Promote the implementation of evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and support performance monitoring efforts.

Identify gaps in healthcare delivery and implement practical, sustainable solutions.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare institutions and key stakeholders.

Expand the reach of initiatives by engaging new hospitals and care providers.

Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to improve system effectiveness.

Contribute to the development and standardization of clinical and organizational protocols.

Required Skills

Strong scientific background (advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or related field preferred; cardiovascular focus is an advantage).

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.

Experience in training, education, or facilitation within healthcare settings.

Ability to navigate and collaborate within complex healthcare environments.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

High level of accountability, ownership, and resilience.

Experience working with healthcare institutions and professionals.

Fluency in English and Bulgarian.

Valid driver’s license with strong driving experience.

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%).

Eligibility to work full-time in Bulgaria.
