ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Perform informed consent codification across multiple client instances.
Ensure codification is completed accurately and on schedule.
Troubleshoot and resolve errors with strong analytical skills.
Maintain knowledge of SOPs, validation procedures, and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Assist in metrics management and quality issue resolution.
Suggest process improvements and support Six Sigma initiatives.
Train and mentor colleagues on informed consent codification.
Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Required

University/College degree (preferably in sciences or related field).
0-1 year of experience in clinical trials, laboratory, or specimen management.
Knowledge of informed consent forms (ICF) and global regulations.
Strong MS Office (Excel, Word) skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
