ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an IMS Specialist I (Clinical Operations) at Syneos Health, you will:
Manage investigator payments using IMPACT and Medidata platforms.
Process investigator grant payments through Accounts Payable.
Reconcile project funding with global clinical teams.
Review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payment compliance.
Perform Excel-based grant tracking and invoice validation.
Support sponsor invoicing and financial forecasting activities.
Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve payment issues.
Maintain accurate coding of third-party invoices.
Generate financial reports for audits and compliance.
Assist during internal and external financial audits.
Support knowledge sharing and training on standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant industry experience are preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in invoice processing or financial reconciliation is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
