ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive global clinical study operational strategy, leading cross-functional study teams across Clinical Operations, CDM, Biostatistics, Regulatory, and Safety.
Oversee global study planning and execution, including country startup, site activation, recruitment, monitoring, data cleaning, and database lock.
Manage CRO and third-party vendor performance, tracking key delivery metrics, service quality, and issue resolution.
Direct study budget forecasting, risk management, contingency planning, and regulatory compliance under ICH-GCP guidelines.
Support audit and inspection readiness (FDA, EMA, PMDA) and oversee CAPA implementations when required.
