ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead statistical vision and analytical strategies for registry-based real-world evidence supporting rare disease regulatory submissions.
Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of survival, causal inference, propensity score, and longitudinal models.
Ensure regulatory compliance with global frameworks (FDA RWE Framework, EMA registry guidance) and maintain audit readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional clinical, epidemiology, and regulatory teams and represent the company in regulatory discussions.
Mentor and coach Real World Data Statisticians to build technical capability in cohort construction, data linkage, and advanced analytics.
