ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, validate, and implement new flow cytometry panels for emerging diagnostic needs.
Analyze and interpret multi-color flow cytometry data for hematologic malignancies and immune deficiencies.
Maintain and troubleshoot flow cytometry instruments to ensure performance and data integrity.
