ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design, execution, and strategy of Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics (CP&P) plans across drug development programs.
Apply model-informed drug development (MIDD) and PK/PD principles to support Phase 2/3 trial design and registrational strategies.
Oversee clinical pharmacology trial execution, data analysis, quantitative modeling, and regulatory submission authoring.
Represent clinical pharmacology in regulatory authority interactions, asset governance teams, and business development due diligence.
Mentor and supervise junior CP&P leads, fostering scientific excellence across cross-functional matrix teams.
