ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced Clinical Data Coordinators for its Life Sciences and Healthcare division across Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore.

Selected candidates will perform various Clinical Data Management activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, including:

Perform clinical trial data review according to SOPs and study requirements.

Review and resolve data queries using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.

Conduct reconciliation of external data against EDC data.

Support interim and final database lock activities.

Assist in study documentation, reports, metrics, and tracking.

Maintain documentation in Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).

Perform periodic quality review of study documentation.

Prepare meeting minutes and maintain project documentation.

Support data archival and inspection readiness activities.

Assist during internal audits and regulatory inspections.

Support study data collection system setup and testing.

Review CRO-delivered data management activities.

Ensure compliance with corporate learning curricula, GxP, FDA, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Collaborate effectively with Clinical Data Management Leads and cross-functional teams.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS

₹10.0L - 18.0L per annum

Estimated salary ranges from ₹10,00,000 to ₹18,00,000 CTC per annum, aligned with market rates for candidates with 6+ years of CDM experience.
