ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide study-level administrative support including status report preparation and study tracker maintenance.
Assist Centralized Monitoring leads by running system reports, generating i-site packs, and managing user access requests.
Conduct periodic reviews of site-level Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and historic site performance per Central Monitoring Plans.
Facilitate early identification of site-level risks and recommend timely corrective actions.
Support Technical Solution Specialists with Excel formulations and front-end interface tasks.
