ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead late-stage cell therapy process development, characterization, and tech transfer to manufacturing sites.
Manage a high-performing team of engineers and scientists delivering technical documentation and study designs.
Direct PPQ activities, batch record reviews, root cause deviation analyses, and regulatory lifecycle management.
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and CMC teams to support BLA/MAA submissions.
Apply AI-enabled tools and digital analytics for data review, trend analysis, and process optimization.
