Associate Director, Data Stewardship

Lead end-to-end sustainment operations for product and item master data processes supporting Identification and Electronic Monitoring business units.

Direct daily stand-ups and ticketing pipelines to prioritize requests, manage SLA compliance, monitor aging queues, and conduct root cause analysis for operational delays.

Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation across item data teams to satisfy critical business demands such as tenders and market expansions.

Partner with local commercial users, IT teams, and global product data stewards to enforce data governance standards and resolve recurring data quality issues.

Drive process optimization and automation initiatives, managing operational KPIs (SLA adherence, cycle time) and presenting regular performance updates to leadership.
