ROLE OVERVIEW
Support clinical project managers with study administration, financial tracking, cross-functional coordination, Salesforce configuration and clinical research operations while ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Assist Clinical Project Managers with project administration, billing and forecasting support
- •Develop training documents and review project presentations
- •Coordinate cross-functional teams and study deliverables
- •Support study start-up, execution and close-out activities including invoice reconciliation and auto-billing configuration
- •Monitor project financial progress and respond to billing and forecasting inquiries
- •Create and maintain Salesforce configurations for billable imaging and scientific services
- •Maintain SOP and GCP/ICH/FDA compliance
- •Contribute to process improvement, training and team activities
Reporting Hierarchy: Supports Clinical Project Managers and works with cross-functional clinical, financial, operational and technology teams; may act as Project Manager when required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree required
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Demonstrable Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience with software configuration, operational workflows or data validation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical troubleshooting ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research or clinical imaging
- •Healthcare, medical or imaging experience
- •Experience working with global teams across time zones
