Territory Manager - Endo Mechanical and Intelligent Devices

Achieve territory sales objectives by driving product utilization, secondary sales growth, and focus product performance across assigned accounts in East and North Bangalore.

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to increase market penetration and expand adoption of the Endo Mechanical and Intelligent Devices (EMID) portfolio.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, operating theatre personnel, pharmacists, and procurement stakeholders.

Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and procedural assistance during product evaluations and customer adoption activities in operating theatres.

Gather and analyze market, customer, procedure, and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities and support territory planning.

Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical associations, and Centres of Excellence (COEs) within the territory.

Partner with regional and marketing teams to organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and approved customer engagement initiatives.

Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, account updates, and business trackers.
