ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, and maintain Scitara DLX Adaptive Workflows, APIs, parsers, and custom orchestration logic for laboratory systems.
Integrate Scitara DLX with key laboratory platforms like Empower, BIOVIA, MODA, GLIMS, and LabX to enable compliant instrument data capture.
Deploy and operate COTS components on AWS EKS using Helm, maintaining Infrastructure as Code via Terraform/CloudFormation and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
Ensure all integration solutions comply strictly with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ALCOA++, and regulatory standards.
Develop automated unit tests using Python and JavaScript test frameworks to support computer system validation and release readiness.
Author technical documentation, including workflow specifications, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and change control documentation.
