ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, and sustain Scitara DLX Adaptive Workflows, APIs, parsers, and custom orchestration logic for laboratory systems.
Integrate Scitara DLX with key laboratory execution platforms like Empower, BIOVIA, MODA, GLIMS, and LabX.
Deploy, operate, and maintain COTS components on AWS EKS using Helm, Terraform/CloudFormation IaC, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure integration solutions strictly adhere to GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ALCOA++, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Develop automated unit tests using Python and JavaScript frameworks, supporting validation, UAT, and release readiness.
Author technical documentation including workflow specifications, runbooks, design architecture, and change control records.
