ROLE OVERVIEW
Quality Control role responsible for pharmaceutical sample analysis, analytical method activities, laboratory documentation, instrument monitoring and participation in quality investigations at Sun Pharma's Jammu facility.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Analyze process validation, finished product, hold-time and in-process samples
- •perform analytical method transfer and validation activities
- •conduct comparative dissolution profiling and multimedia dissolution validation
- •prepare online documentation and reports
- •maintain working benches and QC department upkeep
- •follow GLP and GDP requirements
- •monitor laboratory instruments according to work distribution
- •analyze samples from other sections when required
- •perform instrument calibration as needed
- •participate in OOS, OOT and laboratory incident investigations
Reporting Hierarchy: Works within the Quality Control function under the Global Quality and Compliance business unit; collaborates with QC colleagues and other laboratory sections

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- M.Sc or B.Pharm
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- knowledge of pharmaceutical quality-control laboratory practices
- ability to perform analytical testing and maintain documentation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience with analytical method validation/transfer, dissolution studies, process validation samples, GLP/GDP compliance, OOS/OOT investigations and laboratory instruments
