ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Assurance Audit Intake Coordinator will manage audit workflows, CAPA tracking, quality documentation, supplier quality coordination, and regulatory inspection support across GSK’s Global Contract Operations network.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external audit requests.
Schedule quality audits.
Maintain audit records in Quality Management Systems.
Track CAPA activities through completion.
Prepare reports and quality dashboards.
Support regulatory inspections.
Coordinate with cross-functional global teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP and GxP requirements.
