Direct strategic Quality Systems leadership across personalized medicine and advanced cell and gene therapy (CGT) programs spanning development, launch, and commercial phases.

Deliver end-to-end compliance oversight for internal and external CGT quality operations in accordance with global regulatory standards and internal procedural requirements.

Oversee the end-to-end patient treatment journey, chairing cross-functional GMP reviews and managing quality management review boards for patient-specific constraints.

Drive compliance governance and risk-based mitigations to monitor trends and ensure product quality, patient safety, and uninterrupted supply.

Partner with digital stakeholders to incorporate advanced reporting solutions, artificial intelligence, and CGT user requirements into quality lifecycle management systems.

Build, mentor, and direct matrix teams while supporting audit and inspection readiness across cell and gene therapy platforms.
