ROLE OVERVIEW
Technical subject-matter expert responsible for pharmaceutical packing machinery across Sun Pharma sites, driving equipment performance, troubleshooting, compliance, OEE improvement, automation upgrades and operational excellence.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Provide technical expertise across blister, bottle, strip, sachet and cartonator packing machines
- •Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering degree or equivalent
- •8-12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations
- •Hands-on expertise with multiple pharmaceutical packing machine types
- •Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance including USFDA, EU and WHO requirements
- •Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with vial filling, tube fillers, pen-device injectable packaging and serialization systems
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with OEE improvement, automation upgrades and benchmarking
- Experience coordinating with OEMs and multinational manufacturing sites
