ROLE OVERVIEW
Senior Solution Consultant responsible for designing and delivering global Pharmacovigilance solutions. The role combines PV expertise, client consulting, solution design, pre-sales, commercial proposals, and post-award account management.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Design client-specific global Pharmacovigilance solutions
- •Provide pre-sales support and contribute to solution development
- •Prepare budgets and commercial proposals
- •Support operational execution and successful delivery of global PV solutions
- •Manage post-award client accounts and relationships
- •Provide delivery oversight across the solution lifecycle
- •Apply process improvement and automation approaches to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability
- •Partner with cross-functional teams as an individual contributor

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Services experience
- At least 2 years of experience developing and designing client-specific safety solutions
- Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Strong understanding of process improvement and automation
- Experience supporting clients across pre-award proposal development through post-award delivery and account management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
