ROLE OVERVIEW
Senior management role overseeing clinical operations staff and country-level clinical trial execution, resources, performance and compliance.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Supervise and coordinate Clinical Operations staff
- •allocate study resources and workload
- •oversee country-level clinical trial execution and study metrics
- •approve study fees and payments within authority
- •support health authority inspections and audit/CAPA preparation
- •ensure CAPA implementation and required resources
- •manage Clinical Operations performance metrics
- •respond to changing project priorities
- •act as country point of contact for FSP staff

- •collaborate with Medical, GRS, GPV, Market Access, Commercial and HR stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life sciences or equivalent
- 12-15 years of experience in clinical operations
- in-depth understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical research regulations
- knowledge of clinical research processes, regulations and methodology
- practical understanding of medical settings and medical records management
- organizational and planning skills
- independent decision-making ability
