Senior Executive Compliance

Conduct regular sterile area shopfloor rounds and ensure proper implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Monitor, track, and manage all quality compliance action items resulting from regulatory health authority inspections, internal site reviews, and customer audits.

Collaborate closely with the corporate compliance group to integrate, standardize, and execute global CAPA programs across operations.

Plan, conduct, and support rigorous internal site audits as well as external vendor/supplier audits.

Oversee and facilitate vendor qualification programs, specifically focusing on critical consumables utilized in sterile manufacturing.

Facilitate, review, and lead cross-functional investigation teams (CFT) for critical site deviations, quality events, and non-conformances.

Provide active support during major global health authority audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, EMA) and contribute directly to inspection response preparation and subsequent CAPA completions.

Conduct structured gap assessments against evolving regulatory guidelines, pharmacopeial updates, and external industry learnings with cross-functional support.

Foster continuous improvement aligned with Sun Pharma's values of self-drive, cross-functional collaboration, and quality excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
