ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Vendor Risk Assessment & Due Diligence: Perform third-party vendor risk assessments to verify that third-party services and solutions comply with Sanofi's internal risk posture, data governance policies, and information security standards.
Procurement Compliance & Control Monitoring: Partner with end-to-end (E2E) procurement teams to enforce compliance controls, adhere to industry standards, and evaluate supplier risk exposures.
Reporting & Data Visualization: Build, update, and manage automated reports and dashboards for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) metrics, compliance indicators, and risk factor analyses for leadership review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Global Business Units (GBUs), Procurement teams, and Risk Domain Experts to embed continuous risk management practices into the supplier lifecycle.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize TPRM workflows and apply industry best practices across risk assessment activities.
Technical & Domain Standards
Application of core information security and data privacy frameworks such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
Ability to review, interpret, and assess security clauses and risk commitments within vendor contracts.
