ROLE OVERVIEW
ICON is hiring a Revenue Manager in Chennai to oversee revenue management and financial reporting for clinical trial projects. The role focuses on revenue recognition, invoicing, financial forecasting, project performance analysis, and financial controls.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Manage revenue recognition
- •oversee invoicing and billing
- •monitor project revenue, costs and profit margins with project teams
- •prepare financial forecasts and analysis
- •maintain internal financial controls
- •support month-end and year-end closing
- •identify process-improvement opportunities
- •drive financial efficiencies in revenue management
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 5-6 years of overall experience
- some team-handling experience
- experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting
- knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •CPA or similar qualification
- •experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting within a clinical research or healthcare setting
