ROLE OVERVIEW
Supports Clinical Project Managers in coordinating medical imaging clinical studies from startup through closeout, including documentation, deliverables, study communications, financial follow-up and operational activities.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Support day-to-day project administration across imaging studies and programs
- •develop and maintain study documentation, materials, presentations, reports and project records
- •participate in project meetings, sponsor calls, training and cross-functional discussions
- •support study startup, execution, monitoring and closeout
- •assist with project financial activities including scope change updates, invoice reconciliation follow-up and forecasting reports
- •monitor workflows and data flow activities
- •communicate with clients, sponsors, sites and internal stakeholders
- •verify imaging protocol requirements and escalate study queries
- •track missing data, documentation, site queries and action items
- •support issue resolution and site-facing materials
- •act as Project Manager when required
- •contribute to process improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research, healthcare or a related industry preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience supporting project teams, clinical operations, study management or customer-facing activities
- •understanding of clinical trial processes, medical imaging studies or clinical research environments
