ROLE OVERVIEW
Lonza is hiring a Quality Expert for Data Analytics and Statistical Support in Hyderabad to oversee manufacturing consistency and compliance through statistical analysis. The role involves managing control charting, supporting root-cause investigations, and generating reports for Periodic Quality Review and Continued Process Verification.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Create and evaluate control charts for Periodic Quality Review (PQR) and Continued Process Verification (CPV) reports across business units
- •Maintain raw data integrity across core systems such as Statistica, LIMS, and MES
- •Report data excursions quickly to appropriate stakeholders to safeguard operational continuity
- •Deliver and oversee consistent control charting across production campaigns and batch handovers
- •Function as the lead technical resource for statistical inquiries and complex dataset queries
- •Support root cause analysis and trend identification during investigations using data science tools
- •Work alongside local functional leads to gather and validate data requirements across departments
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Information Technology, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in a GxP or GMP manufacturing or quality setting
- •Familiarity with building ETL/ELT data pipelines across manufacturing execution, operations, and processing platforms
- •Hands-on exposure to cloud data architectures, data lakes, and big data technologies
