ROLE OVERVIEW
Novartis is hiring a Global QMS Manager in Hyderabad to oversee compliance and governance of Batch Release Hub configurations and related quality systems. The role works across Quality, IT and business teams on system changes, validation, documentation and global user support.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Ensure Batch Release Hub configurations comply with regulatory and quality requirements
- •Govern system changes supporting compliant and efficient global batch release processes
- •Maintain and improve business documentation aligned with system configurations
- •Partner with Quality and Information Technology teams to strengthen system reliability and performance
- •Translate business needs into clear requirements for system development and enhancements
- •Support and coordinate training initiatives to build user capability globally
- •Support validation, user acceptance testing, data migration and system integration activities
- •Act as global subject matter expert and primary contact for Batch Release Hub processes
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience supporting or managing quality systems in a regulated pharmaceutical, healthcare or related environment
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build stakeholder partnerships globally
- Experience supporting system changes, validation activities and user acceptance testing
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
