ROLE OVERVIEW
Sanofi is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist for its Goa site in Verna Industrial Estate. The position suits professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in IPQA, batch record review, and shopfloor quality governance, with B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification. The role involves three-shift working.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Management of Product Quality Reviews
- •coordination of change controls and change-control systems
- •management of deviations and market complaint investigations
- •oversight of OOS/OOT activities
- •management of training, pest control, CAPA, validation and subcontractor systems
- •coordination of self-inspections and GxP document review
- •support for batch release and QP queries
- •management of data integrity, user access, audit trails and document archival
- •quality oversight for validation, qualification and production shopfloor activities
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- experience in IPQA
- experience in batch record review
- experience in shopfloor quality governance
- ability to work in three shifts
- English, Hindi, Konkani and Marathi languages listed in the posting
