ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marksans Pharma Ltd. is hiring for IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Officer/Senior Officer positions at its Verna, Goa location. Candidates with 1–6 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical company and hands-on experience in line clearance are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Performing and documenting line clearance activities before manufacturing and packaging operations.
Ensuring manufacturing areas, equipment and materials meet established quality requirements before operations begin.
Supporting compliance with approved SOPs, batch manufacturing procedures and GMP requirements.
Reviewing manufacturing activities for adherence to established quality standards.
Participating in quality investigations and supporting appropriate corrective and preventive actions where required.
Maintaining accurate IPQA documentation and quality records.
Supporting internal and external audit activities.
Contributing to inspection readiness for regulatory authorities.
Working with production and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensuring activities are performed in accordance with applicable pharmaceutical quality systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1–6 years in pharmaceutical quality assurance/IPQA.
Experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical company.
Hands-on knowledge of line clearance procedures.
USFDA audit exposure is mandatory.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical GMP and quality requirements.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
₹3.5L - 7.5L per annum
The estimated salary range is ₹3.5–₹7.5 LPA based on the role and experience level.
