ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead clinical data management programming operations and mentor high-performing technical teams within a leading global CRO.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Manage staff including hiring, professional development, performance management, and mentoring
- •Track project timelines, budgets, and resource needs to ensure delivery across requirements
- •Serve as a key contact for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration
- •Provide technical leadership in designing, building, and testing project databases and edit checks
- •Contribute to the creation and validation of reporting tools and standard applications
- •Participate in bidding and business development activities as required
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Senior Director / Executive Management • Team size: 10-15 direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Comparable to 7+ years of clinical data management or programming experience
- 2+ years of leadership responsibility
- Advanced knowledge of relational database systems
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Crystal Reports, and JReview
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Knowledge of GCPs and applicable SOPs
- •Experience in business development and budgeting
- •Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
