ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Project & Technical Documentation: Manage day-to-day study tasks and maintain comprehensive project documentation in strict accordance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
Process Leadership & Quality Oversight: Act as the primary single point of contact (POC) for process queries alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Conduct quality checks on completed work, resolve QC feedback within 1 day of notification, and execute timely issue escalation.
Team Compliance & Governance: Partner with management to enforce 100% weekly timesheet and training compliance across team staff, maintain up-to-date Quality Assurance Documentation (QAD) training files, and ensure accurate tracking on daily task trackers.
Process Improvement & Operations: Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, implement updated operational workflows, track management metrics, and collaborate with workload managers to meet project SLAs.
Technical & Domain Standards
Clinical Trial Operations: Proven capability in clinical study maintenance workflows, trial documentation control, and regulatory audit compliance.
Quality Assurance Frameworks: Proficiency in daily task tracking tools, quality check resolution protocols, and metric reporting models.
Leadership & Impact
Subject Matter Mentorship: Serve as a functional role model and process guide within Study Maintenance, mentoring team members on technical execution and quality standards.
Audit Readiness: Safeguard departmental compliance and operational integrity through continuous audit file maintenance and timesheet tracking.
